🛋️ Living room: Large picture window, three-seater sofa (not suitable for sleeping), rattan armchair, coffee table, and 43″ Smart TV with Freeview channels and Netflix. High-speed Orange fibre Wi-Fi.
🍽️ Dining area: Dining table with four chairs.
👩🍳 Fully equipped kitchen: Large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, and dishwasher. Includes crockery, cookware, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.
💧 Tap water is safe to drink.
❤ Cooking oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, herbal teas, and sugar are provided.
🛏️ Bedroom 1 (14 m²): Large sliding window and Velux roof window, one 140×190 cm double bed, one 90×190 cm single bed (suitable for an adult), new bedding (mattresses, duvet, and pillows), large wardrobe with hanging space, and fan.

❤ Fresh bed linen, towels, bath mat, and tea towel are provided. Mattress protectors and pillow protectors are changed after every stay.
🔥 Heating: Modern electric radiators. During winter, the heating is turned on before your arrival to ensure a warm welcome.

You may stop in front of the building (near B&B Hotels) to unload luggage. Free public car parks (Hélios & Lapacca) are located less than 100 metres away on the parallel street.
🧹 As our apartment is not a hotel, we kindly ask for your cooperation before you leave:
✔ Strip the beds and place all used bed linen and towels on the bathroom floor.
✔ Wash and put away the dishes.
✔ Clean the refrigerator, the oven(s), and any appliances you have used (coffee maker, toaster, etc.).
✔ Return all equipment and kitchen utensils to the places where you found them.
✔ Empty all rubbish bins.
